Tips & Tricks

RE-Purpose - RE - Use!

You know how SO many of your Friends have those SUPER cool and Classy Meal Prep Containers. I know it is awesome - and they seem super organized too and their food is pretty and it just seems like they have it ALL put together. =D

RIGHT!?!
HA - WELL TODAY - So do YOU!

GREAT News .. You can do that too.
& Surprise you may already have the BEST containers in your kitchen today.

The very next time you pick up some baby spinach or mixed greens - pull out  the majority of the spinach and leave in 1-2 servings for yourself.

Place the extra Greens in a Ziplock and store away in the fridge .. You will need them next time.
Now with the Greens in your FREE plastic container that you just bought .. go to town with a Rainbow Salad for YOU.

This is the FUN part - Your favorite - Fruit - Veggies - and Cheese.

I created this simply because I did not have any containers washed and Mike and I needed a salad to add to our Dinner. I prepped it during Nap Time and then at 6PM dinner was grilled and our salad was fresh and chilled.

My Ingredients included the Following:
Strawberries
Walnuts
Cherry Tomatoes
Fresh Mozzarella
Chia Seeds
Blackberries
Green Apple
Bean Sprouts
Onion
ALLLLLLL on top of the BABY Spinach and in the FREE - Reusable food organizer.
Remember if you go to the office, eat, wash and bring home.
This can be used a couple of times - PROMISE <3

I love using Balsamic and Olive oil or Red Wine for a dressing. This salad is SO filling all you need to add is a little Chicken, Beef or Fish. A loaded meal on the go! I challenge you to start RE-Using those nifty little plastic containers that are storing your fruit and veggies .. we can TOTALLY have fun and re-purpose those little guys .. over and over again.

ENJOY - Save our Planet !!
